Vice?

What’s it about wrongs they brag about? Silly things, like fantasizing about Franka or even the instigating thought giving rise to that chain. Aren’t I allowed to think, An idle mind is devil’s workshop they say… oh, buzz off! It’s only a control you need to control the thought not to turn into action! Maybe a feeling like patriotism can be harmful if it exceeds the bounds, or - Patriotism is virtue of the vicious -Oscar wilde.
It maybe so, that every action is accounted for (What goes around comes around) It’s the action not the thought, so if you have a bad dream and you’re not on elm’s street it’s not gonna come real.
So can we categorize what is virtue or a vice? It’s only an Idea where each action is dealt in a distinct order.
